芝麻花曲奇Sesame Twit Cookies

90克 无盐牛油 unsalted butter 40克 细沙塘 caster sugar 1个 蛋白 egg white 150克 中筋面粉 all purpose flour 50克 低筋面粉 low protein flour 1/2小匙 发粉 baking powder 45克 即溶芝麻糊粉 instant sesame paste powder
做法:Method
将无盐牛油和沙塘以慢速度搅拌均匀。 Beat butter and sugar with low speed until well combined.
加入蛋白,搅拌成糊。 Add in egg white, beat until forms batter.
将筛过得面粉和发粉加入,用手搓揉成面团。 Fold in sifted flours and baking powder, use hand to knead and forms dough.
把面团分成两份,杆成薄片,其中一份涂抹上蛋液,洒上芝麻糊粉,叠上另一份薄片。 Divide dough into 2 portion, roll out the dough separately. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with instant sesame paste powder, pile up together.
切成1x5公分长条状,把它扭成弯形,盛入预热烤箱以170C烘15-20分钟即可。 Slice into 1x5cm strips. Give the strip a twists. Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 15-20 minutes.
