Lots of people talk about stress nowadays.Even people suffer from stress it they are expected to score straight as in working or something else..

Event that cause stress
changes and pressure in life are the main causes of the stress. The death of a loved one or the separation of one's parents brings about stress.You have problems with your parents:you quarrel with a friend:you move to a new school or town:you fail in your task:you feelno one listens or understands you ,the list is endless because there are too many of causes

When two or more of these problems come up at the same time,you get stressed up.

What happens to your body when you are stressed up
when you are faced  with stress,changes in your body occur.Your heart will beat faster than normol,sending more blood to you brain and muscles.Clycogen which is strored in your liver is released into blood stream as glucose for energy .The hormones,adrenaline and noradrenalin are pumped into your body and your breathing becomes faster.

These  changes prepare your body to freeze,fight or flight.Freeze is oftenassociated with animals which act "dead"to escape from their attackers.Flight is an aggressive reaction to a stressful situation,while flight is sudden release of energy in the form of screaming or shouting.when none of these actions occur,you are left in an "excited"state.If these "false alarms" are repeated frequently,the body's balance will be affected.

Effects of stress
You will sutter from headaches,backaches,aching muscles,tiredness and insomnia. It can also make you vulnerable to colds and sore throats. Stress can also leave you depressed,short-tempered and grumpy.It can also affect your thinking.

How and way to overcome stress
1.look out for the cause of stress
2.talk over your problem with someone
3.have regular relaxing exercise to help you to relax and remore the chemical bulid-up in your body.
4.learn to relax
5.slow down your pace,take time to stop, look and see what is around you.
6.first and foremost,stay as healthy as you can throughout the working year. Try to avoid junk foods,and make sure you eat regular and fixed your time to eat,well-balanced meals and take vitamins.Also make an effort to get enough sleep while one person do not have enough sleep they  are actually out!
7.listen music wihich can make you relax,close your eyes and taking a deep breath several time.....
