On the matter regarding our credit card number let me assure you that the number is the same in both our VISA credit cards. Since I am the principle account holder I guess it is technically correct to say that ' she is not the owner of the credit card ' as any change relating to the status of the card ( up grade or down grade in the credit limit for instance ) requires my approval / consent.

If it is legally acceptable to say that ' she is not the owner of the credit card ' and importantly the computer accepts the information and she is permitted to sign for what she wants by all means do so.

Please be assured my wife XXXX holds a valid VISA card which has the same number as my card and which she has been using for umpteen years. For your information she used her credit card to sign for the deposit ( for this tour ) when we were at your office in March. Your Mr XXXX would vouch for this. I am sure VISA has honoured payment since.

i have double check for all the detail and i affraid that u will face some trouble while u are cruising.

please view the attachment. The photo1 is you and ur wife, and the photo2 is Md XXXX, Md XXXXX and XXXXX travel summary.

this is the first page of the travel summary and we found that if u provide same credit card (different name), then your cuise's information will be like this.

what we worry about is, without the "member number" , u will have some trouble while dining on the cruise.

so that, i hope u can provide us others creadit card information to avoid troublesome matter while u are travel

Thought there will be no ' trouble ' ( whatever ' trouble ' means specifically ) since your earlier email said and I quote ' i change miss XXXXX credit card information into "she is not the owner of the credit card" and the computer accept ' ?

' i hope u can provide us others creadit card information to avoid troublesome matter while u are travel ' ... I don't know how else I can help or what other credit card information you might need. Beside VISA which we have found to be ample for our use, we have not found it necessary to apply for other credit cards.

Sorry for the missunderstanding. if i put you and your wife with the same credit card number,

the travel summary will not show the member number for Md XXXXX.

It maybe will be a problem for your wife dining in the cruise.

And for Md XXXX , Md XXXXX and XXXX , they have provide me their own credit card.

and the computer system already give them a member number.

Sorry, I am at a loss on how else I can help.

I thought your earlier suggestion ' i change miss XXXXX credit card information into "she is not the owner of the credit card" and the computer accept. is it correct for me to do so ? ' would over come the problem ? Have you taken this course of action which you had earlier proposed ?

But you still haven't answered my question which was what would be the problem or trouble my wife would have dining in the cruise ? Meaning she would not be permitted to dine in the cruise ???

From our opinion, without the Member Number given by cruise it MAYBE will result in delayed or possible denied for dining in the cruise,

This not meaning she is not permitted to dine in the cruise, we just affraid there are some unexpected trouble happen.

We must try to avoid these trouble and ensure our customer enjoy their trip.

Anyway, i will contact our Canada Agent due to this problem.

and i will let u know as soon as possible when i get their reply.
