黃梨炒飯 Pineapple Fried Rice

當我繞過它身(我可是怕狗怕得要命!哈哈!),看見的竟然是另外一只狗(母狗吧!哈哈!)正拼命回頭地瞧著蹲坐的大狗,眼神似乎透露出絲絲的眷戀。
When I passed by that dog, what I saw was there was another dog (Perhaps it's a bitch?!) in the front of the small path, kept on turning its head back and gazing at that sitting dog.
呵呵,該不會一日春曉后依依不舍的離別啊?嘻嘻!不過那一幕情景還真有點感人的說,可惜沒有相機,然而我卻緊緊地捉著那一幕,深深地此刻情景給攝入眼簾里。
Oh, is it possible a parting moment after a deep and sweet gathering? =P Anyway, it's a bit touching, but it's a shame that I didn't bring any camera. Nonetheless, I'd capture this scene with my eyes.
雖然沒有任何的實品記錄這一刻的感覺,但卻已經深深烙在我的腦海里了... ...

哈哈!回歸原題,又是吃的時候了!差不多天天看吃的,你們會不會膩啊?哈哈哈,沒關系,下個星期應該會沒有了吧!嘻嘻!
Umm... back to the main topic. It's time to talk about food again. Will you guys be bored since I've written almost all the posts in food lately? Haha, it's ok, I think it most probably won't have any recipe next week anymore. =P
其實以前的時候,我也從未想過黃梨原來可以拿來炒飯而已。我平常炒的都是最普通的黑醬油炒飯,要么就蛋炒飯,而上一次突然間想用黃梨做菜而去找資料時,讓我發現原來黃梨可以炒飯,而且味道也很贊哦!尤其是喜歡黃梨的人,應該會喜歡這道菜吧!
Basically, I've never thought that pineapple can be used in cooking fried rice. What I usually do in cooking fried rice is putting some dark soy sauce and eggs. Or I will just use eggs to cook an egg fried rice.
I've found out that pineapple can be used in cooking fried rice during the time I was trying to find any recipe in pineapple. After I tried this, it tasted not bad. I reckon that persons who love pineapple will love this dish too.

Above was the ingredients I used in fried rice. Since I don't like the taste of garlic in fried rice, just the same while I fry eggs, I won't put any garlic. Thus, if you love the garlic's taste, you can put some while making this dish. Perhaps it will taste better for you. =P
黃梨半粒切丁 Half pineapple, cut into 1cm dices form
熟飯(2人份) Cooked rice (serves 2)
青豆七八條吧,切丁 8 Green beans, cut into small slices
紅蘿卜切丁 Diced carrots
江魚仔少許 Anchovies
雞蛋兩粒打散 2 beaten eggs
雞柳一撮剁碎(剛巧有!=P) Some chopped chicken fillets
調味料 Seasoning:
鹽少許 Pinch of salt
醬油二湯匙 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
做法 Methods:
1. 燒熱鍋,放一湯匙油燒熱,加入江魚仔爆脆,盛起。
Heat the wok, put 1 tbsp of oil, later add in the anchovies and fry until golden brown. Put aside.
2. 加少許油,后加打散了的雞蛋,煎至8分熟,搗爛,放入少許醬油,盛起備用。
Add some oil, heat it and add in the beaten eggs, fried until 80% cooked and add some soy sauce. Dish off.
3. 加一點點油(看之前煎蛋后油有剩下多少而定),放入雞柳碎,炒至白色,放入短豆和紅蘿卜,炒至香。
Add in some oil again (depends on how much oil left after frying eggs), put in the chopped chicken fillets and stir-fry till medium-well, add in green beans slices and diced carrots. Fry until aromatic.
4. 后加黃梨(瀝干的),翻炒幾回后加入之前的煎蛋,然后飯,翻炒幾次。
Drain the pineapples. Add in into the wok, stir-fry the ingredients for a while and toss in the fried eggs. Later pour in the rice and stir-fry for a while.
5. 加入調味料后再翻炒幾回。倒入江魚仔攪拌一會兒后熄火。盛起即可食用。
Add the seasonings and fried anchovies. Dish off.
注 TIPS:
@飯熟后隔一段時間才來炒飯會比較好吃。如果是午餐的話,建議是隔夜飯;如果是晚餐的話,可以用早上煲好的飯。
@ It will be tasted better if you use overnight rice to cook fried rice if it'll be a lunch or you can cook rice in the morning if it'll be a dinner.
@炒飯時用的油不要放太多,不然會比較濕口感不會太好。而且太油膩對身體也不好啦,哈哈!
@ Don't put too much oil while cooking fried rice, otherwise the fried rice will be a bit moist and it won't be tasted well. Furthermore, oil isn't good to health, right? =P
@蛋不需搗太爛,如果你還想吃到蛋的話。=P
@ If you still want to taste the eggs slices, please don't cut it into too smaller pieces.

上個星期回家瞧見老弟買的蛋糕粉,手癢跑去做蛋糕。
回想起來,大概都有8、9年沒有做蛋糕了吧!果然做起來不夠松脆,而且某些部分還很硬呢!
或許,巧克力粉放太多了?或許,沒有攪拌均勻?
沒有做蛋糕該用的道具,做起來果然差很多呢!【這是非常欠缺功力的關系!嘻嘻!】
I made a cake after 8 or 9 years last weekend when I was still in my hometown. Haha, it was actually because the boredom doing nothing at home. My hands were started itchy when I suddenly got a glimpse of the cake flour.
And now, here it is. It's pretty hard to bite, perhaps I was putting too much chocolate powder, or perhaps it's not blended thoroughly. Anyway, I'm not good in making cakes. I know.
