我的午餐便當

Haha!), food that I can find near to my office is damn expensive (in my opinion), and the most important thing is I have no idea what should eat already. You know, keep on eating in the same restaurant will definitely drive you crazy, so do the restaurants in the same area.
為了省錢,也只好自己煮便當咯!
In order to save money and save myself from keep on thinking what to eat, I decided to cook for myself.
其實我的便當都很簡單,畢竟只有早上的時間能煮,所以都會選擇比較容易的材料來煮的。
What I cook is so easy since I only have around 1 hour in morning to cook today's lunch. Thus, easy ingredients will always be my first choice!
哈哈,原本不打算放上來的,只是看到月亮說想要吃早餐,早餐就沒了,午餐倒有兩個!嘻嘻!
At first I don't plan to put these two pictures here. Since Moon wanted to eat breakfast but there's no one cook for Moon, I've decided to put them here to quench Moon's thirsty by looking up the plums.
首先就是昨天的番茄醬通心粉!
Here it is. My yesterday lunch box - Elbows with tomato sauce!

第二次,開始能吃但是還不滿意。
第三次,就是這一次終于能見人了,可是還是覺得味道不夠!
I've been cooking the sauce three times before including yesterday. At first, it was not good at all, a bit insipid and the sauce wasn't thick enough! Later, it became better but the taste wasn't satisfied too although it wasn't that insipid compared with the first time. And now, it could be considered as not bad right now! =P At least I dared to paste it up here. =)
煮法如何?
通心粉 Elbow
蕃茄一粒切丁 shredded Tomato
西芹切丁 diced celery
蘿卜切丁 diced carrot
洋蔥切丁 diced onion
蒜茸 shredded garlic
熱狗一條切片(因為我只有熱狗好放!哈哈!) sliced hot dog
Mixed Herb少許 pinch of Mixed Herb
番茄醬適量 + 些許胡椒粉 tomato sauce + pinch of pepper powder
做法:
1. 爆香洋蔥和少許蒜頭,放入蕃茄炒至半爛。油記得別放太多哦!
Fried the onion and garlic to golden brown, put the shredded tomato until half-cooked.
2. 放入西芹丁、蘿卜丁以及熱狗翻炒幾番后放入番茄醬及適量的水。
Add in the celery, carrots, hot dog and cooked until almost cooked. Pour in the tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
3. 放入少許的Mixed Herb、蒜茸、少許鹽及糖就行了。
Put in pinch of Mixed Herb, garlics, pinch of salt and sugar. Dish off.
只是味道還不夠!有誰可以給我意見如何改善呢?我想下次放些辣椒,或許味道會比較濃些。嘻嘻!
Umm.. I think what I've written in English for the recipe is most probably wrong. Anyway, hope that it's understandable. Go back to the main topic, I think the taste wasn't good enough. I didn't satisfy with this result. I might put some chili inside next time and hope that it will improve the taste. Or there's someone who can help me?! =P

而今天的午餐就是西芹炒飯。這可是我第一次炒西芹炒飯呢!有沒有這道菜肴我不懂,我只知道剩下的西芹不知該炒什么好,覺得如果拿來炒飯應該還不至于難吃,所以今天試試了!
What about today? Today's lunch was Fried Rice with Celery! This was the dish I thought on my own. Since there's some celery left after cooking the elbows, an idea of cooking fried rice with the remaining celery flashed into my mind suddenly. And now, here I am!

一碗飯 a bowl of rice
西芹切丁 diced celery
蛋打散一粒 one beaten egg
江魚仔些許 some anchovies
紅蘿卜切丁 diced carrots
肉碎 chopped meat
鹽少許 pinch of salt
醬油一湯匙 1 tbsp of soy sauce
做法:
1. 把江魚仔煎脆盛起備用。
Fried the anchovies until golden brown. Scoop up and drain.
2. 放入蛋炒至七分熟就好,切爛,盛起备用,別太爛哦!
Fried the beaten egg until medium-well, dish off.
3. 放入肉碎炒至七分熟后放入西芹、紅蘿卜、蛋。
Heat up a skillet with some oil. Add in chopped meat and cook until almost cooked. Add the diced celery, carrots and fried egg and fry for a while.
4. 放入飯翻炒後放入適量鹽以及醬油。
Pour in the rice and cook for a while. Add in pinch of salt and soy sauce.
5. 放入煎脆的江魚仔即可。
Return the fried anchovies in the skillet, serve at once.
這次的炒飯有點失策。今早起來一看,天,昨晚煲飯放太多水了,所以還是有點濕綿綿的。炒飯用的飯最好就是粒粒分明,炒起來才會可口有口感,可惜啊,太久沒有煲飯果然失手了,所以才沒有放曬油,因為不想讓飯變得更濕。
Haiz.. I took a rash step by putting too much water while cooking rice. The fried rice will only be great if the rice isn't wet even a little. That's why I didn't put any dark soy sauce because I don't want to increase its wetness. =P
呼,我已經吃得不懂要吃什么了。大家有什么意見可以給我么?=P
Anyway, I've already in a stage where I have no idea what I should cook for my lunch already. Anyone, any idea? =P

有時候可以做肉醬意粉... 不然肉碎豆腐、冬菇雞肉燴飯也不錯~
